Bespoke Floral Design for Syon Park
Syon Park Wedding Flowers by The Botanical Company: timeless, romantic floristry created around you and the setting — from elegant personal flowers to statement ceremony designs, aisle arrangements and reception florals.
Flowers First
Syon Park Wedding Flowers should feel completely at home within the elegance of the venue while still being unmistakably personal to the couple. Our role is not simply to add flowers to a beautiful room. It is to create a floral story that works with the architecture, your colour palette, the season and the atmosphere you want your guests to feel.
The Botanical Company creates bespoke wedding floristry from our Surrey Hills studio, including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid flowers, buttonholes, ceremony flowers, aisle arrangements, statement pedestals, reception florals, centrepieces and large-scale floral installations.
Every wedding starts differently. You may already know the flowers you love, you may have a very clear colour palette, or you may simply know that you want the day to feel timeless, romantic and elegant. From there, we develop a scheme that feels cohesive from the first personal flowers to the largest installation.
The Floral Story
For Olivia and Jack, the brief was timeless and classic. White hydrangeas brought generous volume, blush roses introduced softness, white delphiniums gave the arrangements graceful height, and scented garden roses added romance and fragrance. The same floral language was repeated in different proportions so that the day felt connected without every arrangement looking the same.
Real Wedding · Syon Park
Olivia and Jack’s wedding took place at Syon Park in mid-July, with the ceremony held inside Syon House. Their floral brief was beautifully clear: elegant, romantic and timeless rather than trend-led.
We created a statement floral design adorning the staircase at the entrance, creating an immediate sense of occasion as guests arrived. The flowers needed enough scale to respond to the architecture, while still retaining the softness and refinement of the wider wedding palette.
For the ceremony, we also created two statement floral pedestals and a series of aisle arrangements. White hydrangeas, blush roses, white delphiniums and scented garden roses were used throughout, allowing the staircase design, ceremony focal points and aisle flowers to feel like parts of the same floral story.
This is what we want Syon Park Wedding Flowers to achieve: flowers that make an impact when the architecture calls for scale, but remain romantic, elegant and recognisably connected to the couple.
The Flower Palette
A white and blush palette can be incredibly sophisticated when the flowers themselves provide enough contrast in shape, texture and scale. For Olivia and Jack, the white hydrangeas created generous clouds of flower, giving arrangements fullness without making them feel overly formal.
Blush roses and scented garden roses brought warmth and softness into the palette. Rather than introducing stronger colours, the blush tones gently broke up the white and created the romantic quality that ran throughout the ceremony.
White delphiniums added vertical movement. Their height was particularly valuable within the larger statement arrangements, helping the flowers respond to the proportions of Syon House without becoming dense or visually heavy.
The result was a Syon Park Wedding Flowers palette that felt classic without being predictable: soft, luxurious and completely suited to a summer wedding.
Hydrangeas: generous white volume and softness.
Roses: blush and scented garden roses for romance and warmth.
Delphiniums: elegant white height and movement within statement designs.
Olivia & Jack · Syon Park
From the entrance statement to the aisle arrangements and individual floral details, the same white, blush and soft green palette moved through Olivia and Jack’s celebration with a timeless sense of continuity.
The Setting
Syon Park gives wedding floristry an extraordinary backdrop. Syon House provides grand historic interiors for ceremonies and celebrations, while the Great Conservatory offers a completely different atmosphere with its glass dome and abundance of planting.
That contrast makes floral continuity especially important. A scheme needs to feel elegant enough for the rooms of Syon House, but also natural and alive when seen alongside the greenery and light of the wider estate.
For Olivia and Jack, the white hydrangeas, blush roses, white delphiniums and scented garden roses achieved exactly that balance. They could be scaled up for the staircase and pedestal designs, then softened for the aisle arrangements without losing the character of the overall scheme.
