Making a Purchase

Browsing our shop and placing an order is simple. Once you have made your selection, click the 'Checkout' button to complete your details. Confirmation of your order indicates receipt, but not the existence of a contract. A contract is formed only when payment has been processed.

Delivery & Schedule

• Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Sat) are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Public holiday orders will be delivered on the next working day.
• Online deliveries are restricted to the UK. For overseas, please telephone us.
• We attempt delivery once; if the recipient is unavailable, we may leave with a neighbour or return items to the shop.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, please report any complaints within 1 working day of delivery. Refunds are at management discretion. Note that all cancellations (online or phone) are subject to a cancellation fee.

Security & Tax

Your credit card information is secured using 256-bit encryption and is never stored in clear text on our servers. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
